Interpretation
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where a capitalised term is not defined in this Privacy Policy, it shall have the meaning given to it in the Wealth Web Terms of Use or the Affiliate Program Terms of Use, as applicable.

“Applicant” means a User who submits personal or business information, an enquiry, consultation booking, or onboarding application for the purpose of engaging Wealth Web’s services but who has not yet received confirmation of Successful Onboarding.
“Client” means an Applicant who has received written confirmation of Successful Onboarding from Wealth Web and whose applicable fees have been received by Wealth Web in Cleared Funds.
“Company”, “Wealth Web”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Wealth Web Marketing Limited T/A Wealth Web.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
“Service” means the websites, onboarding systems, consultation booking systems, web chat systems (including AI-assisted chat), application systems, Affiliate systems, client portals, marketing systems, and other digital platforms operated by Wealth Web.
“Successful Onboarding” means written confirmation issued by Wealth Web that an Applicant has been approved to proceed with services through a designated Vendor.
“User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual or entity accessing, browsing, viewing, submitting information through, or otherwise interacting with the Service.
“Vendor” means any third-party financial institution, trustee company, bank, asset manager, accountant, lawyer, corporate service provider, or other service provider with whom Wealth Web maintains a working relationship.
“Payment Providers” means third-party payment processors, banks, financial institutions, cryptocurrency networks, blockchain networks, exchanges, wallet providers, correspondent banks, clearing institutions, or other settlement intermediaries involved in the processing, settlement, custody, or transfer of funds.
Collection of Personal Data
Wealth Web may collect Personal Data when a User accesses or interacts with the Service, submits enquiries, books consultations, communicates with Wealth Web staff, submits onboarding documentation, participates in the Affiliate Program, or engages Wealth Web to facilitate services with a Vendor.
Personal Data collected may include identifying information such as a User’s name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, contact details, and other identifying information necessary to provide services. Where services require identity verification or regulatory compliance procedures, Wealth Web may collect government-issued identification documents, proof of address documentation, and other information necessary to comply with regulatory obligations and financial crime prevention laws.
Where services involve corporate structuring, trust formation, company incorporation, offshore structuring, or similar services, Wealth Web may collect additional corporate information including beneficial ownership details, directorship information, shareholder information, business activity descriptions, and corporate compliance documentation required by Vendors.
Where payments are made to Wealth Web for services, information relating to financial transactions may also be collected. Such information may include billing information, payment confirmation records, transaction references, bank transfer information, cryptocurrency transaction identifiers, and other documentation required to verify financial transactions. Payment card details are typically processed by Payment Providers, and Wealth Web does not ordinarily store such information except where necessary for payment verification or compliance purposes.
When Users access the Service, certain technical information may also be collected automatically. This may include Internet Protocol addresses, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating systems, pages visited, timestamps of access, website interaction data, and other diagnostic information used to analyse usage of the Service and maintain system security.
Users, Applicants, Clients, and Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Data provided to Wealth Web is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Wealth Web relies on the accuracy of the information provided in order to facilitate services with Vendors, conduct compliance checks, and maintain operational records. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may prevent Wealth Web from providing services and may constitute a breach of the applicable Terms of Use.
Wealth Web shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, rejection of services, regulatory issue, compliance issue, or other consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by a User, Applicant, Client, or Affiliate. Where inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, Wealth Web reserves the right to suspend services, delay onboarding, request additional verification documentation, or terminate engagement in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use.
Use of Personal Data
Personal Data collected through the Service may be processed by Wealth Web for legitimate operational, contractual, regulatory, and security purposes necessary for the operation of the Service and the facilitation of services with Vendors.
Such purposes include maintaining and operating the Service, responding to enquiries, processing onboarding applications, facilitating introductions and onboarding with Vendors, conducting identity verification and compliance checks, meeting anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention obligations, administering affiliate tracking systems, processing payments, communicating with Users and Clients, and maintaining internal operational records.
Personal Data may also be used to protect the integrity and security of the Service, prevent fraud or unlawful activity, enforce contractual rights, respond to regulatory requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, property, and interests of Wealth Web.
Wealth Web may process Personal Data for the purpose of detecting, preventing, or investigating suspected fraud, financial crime, identity theft, misuse of the Service, or other unlawful activities. Wealth Web may utilise technological tools, including artificial intelligence-assisted systems and automated software platforms, to assist with internal administrative tasks, document preparation, legal and structural research, communications management, and operational efficiency.
These systems may assist Wealth Web personnel with drafting documentation, conducting research, analysing submitted information, generating internal reports, and improving response times to User enquiries. Information processed through such tools may include Personal Data submitted through the Service where necessary for the provision of services.
Wealth Web takes reasonable steps to ensure that the use of such technologies is conducted responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards.

Where Personal Data is shared with a Vendor in connection with services requested by an Applicant or Client, the Vendor acts as an independent service provider and may process Personal Data in accordance with its own privacy policies, regulatory obligations, and internal procedures.
Wealth Web does not control and is not responsible for the independent data processing practices, security standards, operational decisions, or regulatory compliance of any Vendor. Users, Applicants, and Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy policies and data protection practices of any Vendor with whom they engage.
Payment-related information may be processed by Payment Providers in order to facilitate financial transactions associated with services provided through Wealth Web.
Wealth Web may also engage third-party service providers to assist with infrastructure, analytics, communication systems, compliance verification services, security systems, marketing systems, or other operational services necessary to maintain the Service.
Professional advisors engaged by Wealth Web, including legal, accounting, or compliance advisors, may also access information where necessary to provide professional services.
The Service relies on third-party technology providers, including hosting providers, communications platforms, analytics systems, customer relationship management systems, security monitoring tools, and other infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service. These providers may process Personal Data where necessary to maintain, support, or secure the Service.

- The provisions relating to Force Majeure, including any limitation or exclusion of liability arising from events or circumstances beyond Wealth Web’s reasonable control.
- The provisions relating to Termination, including Wealth Web’s right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.
- The provisions relating to Enforcement, Waiver, and Severability, including the principle that any failure by Wealth Web to enforce a provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- The provisions relating to Governing Law, including the application of the laws of New Zealand.
- The provisions relating to Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution, including the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
All such provisions apply equally to any matter arising out of or relating to the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, or use of Personal Data through the Service.

All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification provisions, and other risk allocation provisions contained in the Terms of Use and Affiliate Program Terms of Use shall survive the termination of any User’s access to the Service or any relationship between Wealth Web and the User, Applicant, Client, or Affiliate.
Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of Personal Data through the Service shall be governed by the dispute resolution, governing law, and jurisdiction provisions contained in the Wealth Web Terms of Use.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Wealth Web reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where material changes are made, notice may be provided through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
